Overview
The Digital Services Team leads a wide range of operational & business processes across our UK and ROI digital platforms, ensuring they operate effectively, deliver value, and always enhance the customer experience. This role offers the chance to work across the Digital Product Enrichment and Digital Promotions & Events teams, learning how products, promotions, new brands and big events are planned, set up, tested and implemented online.
Responsibilities
* Accurately document, track, set up, test and publish promotions or products, meeting timing and standard requirements.
* Complete self‑ and colleague checks to ensure launch readiness.
* Test and sign‑off promotions scheduled to go live on site, verifying they work as briefed, contain no technical nuances and are commercially correct.
* Coordinate with suppliers to obtain correct copy, product attributes and imagery and implement them on site, optimised for clarity to both customers and colleagues.
* Use post‑launch data to optimise products, driving engagement and visibility.
* Update requesters, trackers and managers accurately, reporting task status and sharing detailed progress.
* Support the wider Digital team on ad‑hoc projects, possibly across multiple teams.
* Operate within shift‑based schedules, including weekends, bank holidays, seasonal periods and early mornings up to 5 am as required.
Qualifications
* Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills.
* Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, manipulating data to spot errors and derive actionable insights.
* Capacity to handle conflicting priorities across multiple teams while meeting deadlines.
* Ability to switch between activities effectively and maintain logical tracking.
* Agile and open to learning, making use of training and feedback.
* Good communication skills, building relationships quickly within the Digital Services team and externally.
* Pragmatic and proactive, taking ownership and challenging colleagues when necessary.
* Understanding or willingness to learn about SEO and customer‑centric optimisation.
