The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and manage the front-of-house team
* Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relations
* Drive bookings and reputation through marketing and local engagement
* Uphold health, safety, and licensing compliance
* Support recruitment, training, and staff development
About You:
* Proven experience as a GM or senior manager in a high-end or fine dining environment
* A hands-on leader with a calm, confident approach
* Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and service standards
* Financially astute with strong organisational and communication skills

* Local knowledge of the Cornwall area is an advantage
