Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for an Administrator to join our dedicated team at Autumn Grange Care Home. Autumn Grange provides care and nursing support for up to 54 residents in a spacious, well-maintained home located in a residential area of Creswell, S80. The home benefits from good transport links to surrounding areas. Position Details: Job Title: Administrator Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in working hours is required, as some tasks may require attention outside of agreed times to meet business needs. Rate of Pay: dependent on experience and qualifications. Prepare and issue reports, ensuring timely delivery of all required information. Process payroll, ensuring the accurate calculation of wages. Provide administrative support to the management team, including the inputting of staff rotas. Process invoices and payments, maintaining records efficiently. Arrange interviews, oversee onboarding for new staff members, and maintain clear communication with managers. Support clients and visitors with inquiries, providing a welcoming and professional environment. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel A valid driving license and access to a vehicle. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
