We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product Design team. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities through strategic Design and user Research. You will lead Discovery and Design initiatives within our delivery framework and work closely with front-end engineers to ensure design requirements are fulfilled. Your role will be to combine desired business outcomes and user needs to identify solutions and design experiences with the highest chance of success. The UX Design team is pivotal in building and maintaining a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across our platform. What you’ll be doing: Strategic Research, Analysis and Design: You’ll shape Product Strategy by exploring the problems that matter most — running user research, digging into the data, and using design thinking to spot the biggest opportunities for impact. Solution Discovery: You’ll lead discovery for the problem spaces your squad is tackling — facilitating the design process, defining what success looks like for users, and helping your team choose the right solutions to move forward with. Product Design: You’ll take ownership of your designs from start to finish — creating all the assets and flows needed to bring an experience to life. You’ll make sure everything is clear, complete, and ready for engineers to build. Engineering Support: You’ll work side-by-side with engineers throughout the process — asking questions early, collaborating often, and staying involved during sprints to make sure what we ship reflects the design intent. Impact & Learnings: You’ll partner with your Product Manager to track how well your work is performing in the real world — and share what you learn, so the team (and business) keeps getting smarter over time. You’ll need to be: A holistic designer: Able to take a problem from exploration through to elegant, effective solutions. You think in systems, craft seamless UX flows, and polish details with care, while working independently when needed. User-first in your approach: Cur ious, empathetic, and research-driven. You ask the right questions, uncover insights, and connect what users need with what the business is aiming to achieve. Data- and outcome-oriented: Comfortable using research and data to guide decisions, measure impact, and shape design choices. You understand how your work fits into the wider product and business strategy, and you care deeply about the results it delivers. A collaborative teammate: Resilient, adaptable, and constructive. You keep momentum even when things get messy, give and receive feedback openly, and help foster a positive, supportive team culture. You’ll need to have: Exceptional end-to-end design skills : The ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into simple, elegant, and effective solutions, from UX flows through to polished UI. A user-first mindset: Curiosity to ask the right questions, the skill to run research, and the judgment to connect user needs with business goals. Experience with SaaS design: Especially for web-based B2B products, where you’ve simplified complex workflows into intuitive experiences. Collaboration skills : Experience working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers in cross-functional teams. Research and data expertise : Hands-on experience running user research, usability testing, and making data-informed design decisions. Figma expertise : From building interactive prototypes to maintaining shared libraries and collaborating seamlessly across files. Design systems knowledge : Practical experience creating or working within mature systems, with a solid grasp of tokens, variants, and scalable component libraries.
