Our client is looking for an experienced Business Support Officer
This position is not available for hybrid working and is based at the Twickenham Training Centre

Experience of working in a business support capacity, providing a wide range of administrative support
Good customer service skills - experience of interacting with internal and external customers, including routine enquiries from members of the public, which could be face to face, receiving and responding to incoming communication
Able to react tactfully and sympathetically to requests from customers and to remain calm under pressure
Experience of keeping basic records, both manual and electronic, including confidential records, filing documents accurately recording information and archiving files and in a standard format, good with spreadsheets
Some knowledge of how to collate statistical information and reports in line with agreed plans
Comfortable with financial administration
Experience of Microsoft Excel, Google Drive and Google suite
Some project management support experience - updating project plans, research and organising communications
Room set up for training session
Keeping refreshment areas stocked and clean
