Find out more about what it's like working at Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency - Department for Transport Careers We are looking for a Communication and Engagement Manager to be responsible for the delivery of Operational Customer Services Directorates (OCSD) communication and engagement activities. This is the largest directorate within DVLA with over 4,000 staff. You will support the delivery of OCSD communication campaigns and drive consistency throughout the directorate. You will represent OCSD in other Agency directorates and act as a key point of contact for Agency-wide communication teams. Leading on communication campaigns, you’ll drive delivery of an ambitious communication and engagement programme across multiple OCSD groups using a broad range of channels and tools. To do this you’ll be comfortable providing professional communications advice to colleagues at all levels with a keen eye for detail, work collaboratively as part of multiple project teams and build effective relationships across the Agency. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to: Developing and maintaining a directorate communication plan, with a two way feed to and from the Agency plan, identifying key messages, channel fit and audience for all directorate communications through effective networks.
