The role involves assisting fee earners on all stages of private equity deals, including leveraged buyouts, fund investments, portfolio management, and exits. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing transaction documents, managing due diligence processes, maintaining data rooms, coordinating closing mechanics, and liaising with clients and external advisers.

Requirements:
* Previous 6+ months of paralegal experience within corporate, M&A, private equity, insurance, or financial regulatory (required)
