Sales Operations Administrator
Location: Exeter, Full-time – On-Site Salary: Negotiable DOE
Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy supporting sales and operations teams to ensure smooth processes and great customer service? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our team!
About the Role
As a Sales Operations Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales, purchasing and customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and processing sales quotes and sales orders
* Raising and managing purchase orders with suppliers
* Uploading and maintaining product data in our systems
* Invoicing customers and tracking payments
* Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery to customers
* Providing customer service support for order inquiries and updates
* Assisting with contract support and data management
* Managing and updating our CRM system with accurate customer and order information
* Tracking profit
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Proficiency in CRM systems and order management software (Cin7Core, Pipedrive or similar is a plus!)
* A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently
