SEN Primary Teacher Location: West Drayton, West London Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £190 - £240 per day (based on experience and qualifications) Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner) The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has opened at an established, independent specialist primary school supporting pupils aged 5-11 with Autism and complex learning needs. This is a unique chance for an experienced SEN Teacher to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the school during its foundational growth stage. About the Role As part of the teaching team, you will: Deliver high-quality, individualised lessons to pupils with Autism and associated needs Use flexible, person-centred approaches to meet EHCP outcomes Contribute to curriculum design and the school's pedagogical framework Support pupils' communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation Work collaboratively with therapists and support staff to deliver joined-up provision Assist in developing school-wide practices that reflect inclusive, evidence-informed SEN teachingThis role offers scope to influence whole-school planning, contribute to an ambitious and inclusive culture, and grow professionally within an expanding provision.
