We are seeking an accomplished and highly organised Senior Event Manager to take the operational lead in delivering exceptional events at a prestigious venue in the heart of the City. As Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for the operational planning, logistics, and flawless execution of complex, high-profile events. You will be the driving force behind operational standards, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest quality .
Working closely with clients, suppliers, and the in-house team, you will play a pivotal role in guaranteeing events exceed expectations at every stage.
You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, nurturing key client and stakeholder relationships, and driving operational improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of high-profile, events and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
* Provide hands-on leadership during events, maintaining composure and resolving challenges efficiently.
* Act as the primary client contact, building trusted, long-lasting relationships, ensure all client needs are understood & exceeded.
* Inspire, mentor, and develop the events team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
* Stay informed of industry trends and implement process to enhance service delivery & client satisfaction.
* Oversee budgets and financial performance to ensure events meet both creative and commercial goals.
