Responsibilities
* Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
* Develop and implement personalized care plans based on individual client needs.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
* Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to management.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
* Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring as required.
* Promote independence by encouraging clients to engage in their preferred activities.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety within the home.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in home care or a related field is essential.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
* Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans is highly desirable.
* Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license is preferred.
* Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to enhancing client wellbeing.
