Overview
As Project Manager, you will lead on the delivery of a varied programme of sustainability-focused projects, including energy efficiency upgrades, retrofit works, and carbon reduction initiatives across our housing stock, including high profile capital and revenue projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget.
Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of sustainability-focused projects across our housing stock, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
* Manage diverse project types, including energy efficiency upgrades, retrofit works, and carbon reduction initiatives, with emphasis on capital and revenue projects.
* Identify and manage risks and opportunities, drive innovation, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of sustainability in housing, energy performance, and retrofit principles.
* Proficient in using data and digital tools to monitor performance and report outcomes.
* Relevant qualification or demonstrable experience in project management or sustainability.
* A proactive, analytical, and communicative approach with financial management skills.
* Driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
* Flexible working options; secondment opportunities available for internal candidates, subject to agreement with current line manager.
