Overview
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Print Operator to join our client in Dundee, working in a fast‑moving, high‑quality production environment. You'll be working with advanced print machinery and contributing to a busy, collaborative team. This role suits an experienced Print Operator, but we also welcome applications from experienced minders or newly qualified apprentices looking to progress.
Responsibilities
* Produce high‑quality print work, maintain equipment, and support smooth production across a 2-3 person team.
* Set up and run B1/B2 Heidelberg presses (or equivalent machinery).
* Ensure print quality and colour accuracy in line with ISO standards.
* Maintain, clean and care for equipment and work areas.
* Check and monitor quality throughout production.
* Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
* Communicate clearly with colleagues and contribute to team output.
* Take initiative while also collaborating effectively with the wider team.
What We're Looking For
* Experience operating B1/B2 presses (Heidelberg preferred but not essential).
* Strong understanding of colour management and quality control.
* A quality‑focused approach to all tasks.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Willingness to learn, upskill and expand printing knowledge.
* Confident working independently when required.
