As a Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of five staff members responsible for handling both inbound and outbound post, as well as processing Data Subject Access Requests. The role is critical in ensuring regulatory obligations are met and delivering a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for someone to:
* Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to a team of five staff
* Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching
* Monitor workload and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
* Manage all operational aspects of the inbound and outbound post process
* Oversee the end-to-end DSAR process, ensuring compliance with data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies
* Act as a point of escalation for complex or sensitive cases
Qualifications
Essential:
* An excellent understanding of customer and colleague requirements
* The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong people management skills with the ability to coach individuals to achieve high performance standards while delivering good customer outcomes
* Maintain a strong control environment and understand risks
* Consistent delivery against all KPIs
Desirable:
* Experience of working within a regulated environment
