Role Overview
We are hiring 2x recruiters in London, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Manchester to expand our UK presence. You will identify, engage, and onboard financial advisers with transferable AUM. This is a target-driven role where integrity, accountability, and results matter.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and expand a network of financial advisers across the UK.
* Represent Hoxton Wealth at regular networking events.
* Execute a structured plan of action and deliver measurable results.
* Source and recruit advisers with transferable client assets.
* Maintain an accurate and organised pipeline in the CRM.
* Collaborate with our global recruitment and leadership teams.
* Report progress against AUM growth targets.
Targets & Expectations
* Deliver a minimum of £50,000,000 in AUM within the first 12 months (quarterly run rate: £12.5M).
* Maintain consistent performance and follow through on commitments.
* Approach recruitment with a long-term, relationship-driven mindset.

* Strong existing network; confident at attending and hosting industry events.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and organised, with a clear plan of action.

What We Offer
* £60,000 basic salary.
* Bonus structure: £40,000 bonus for delivering £50M AUM in year one (quarterly target: £12.5M).
