To be responsible for the ongoing management and business development of engineering quotes to both UK based and world-wide sales. To ensure the quotes and projects are efficiently maintained and ensure that excellent customer contact is given at all times.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
* Provide a high quality service to the Sales Team, Control Planning & Office Manager and Managing Director
* Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information, which will assist in the smooth running of Hymec
* Identify and assist in the improvement opportunities in both quality and efficiency whilst following all procedures, both operational and technical
* Maintain risk reviews
* Production Engineering-BOM’s/Routings new and updates
* ECN Processing-Control of all customer driven changes
* Project management
* To gain full working knowledge of all the equipment used in Hymec’s manufacturing process
* Provide general and technical support to all internal and external stakeholders as and when required
* Assist planning and production to manage work allocation and performance monitoring to ensure that client expectations are understood and delivered accordingly
* Identify and develop effective information channels and relationships to assist new and existing clients
* Assist in the provision of regular management information reports and data as required, assisting management to review performance in line with processes and KPI’s inc Daily machine utilization.
