Were opening in St Pauls/Bank and looking for a Bar Manager (or a seriously strong Assistant ready to step up) to be part of the team that sets the tone from day one.

Youre not just running shifts.
Youre setting the pace, the standards and the energy in the room.
From first drink through to the end of the night, the expectation is simple: great service, strong atmosphere and no drop in standards.
What youll be doing
leading from the front visible, present and setting the pace
running the bar: service speed, quality and consistency
driving sales and gp while keeping the atmosphere right
building and training a team that delivers every shift
managing stock, ordering and minimising wastage
keeping the venue sharp, organised and ready for busy service
What were looking for
current bar manager or strong assistant manager ready to step up
experience in a busy, high-energy venue
confident leading a team during fast-paced service
strong knowledge of draught, spirits and bar operations
high standards and a hands-on approach
