Class 2 ADR Driver – Temp to Perm Stockton-on-Tees Competitive pay rate Full-time, Monday to Friday ⏰ 37.5 hours per week Temp-to-perm opportunity Driver Hire Teesside are currently recruiting for a Class 2 ADR Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for long-term work with a well-established business operating within a specialist and regulated environment. The role will involve UK-wide deliveries and collections, including chemical deliveries to customer sites. Occasional nights out and weekend work may be required depending on operational needs. The Role Duties will include: Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and professionally UK-wide deliveries and collections Delivering chemicals to customer sites Collecting empty IBCs and kegs Ensuring loads are secured correctly and checked against transport documents Managing transport paperwork, including MSDS and delivery documentation Completing pump-overs from IBCs to customer tanks Liaising with customers and site contacts Carrying out daily vehicle and equipment checks Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and equipment standards Working safely in line with method statements, risk assessments and site rules The ideal candidate will be Professional, reliable and self-motivated Confident working independently Customer-focused with good communication skills Able to follow written and verbal instructions Safety-conscious and detail-focused Requirements Essential: Valid Class 2 / Category C licence Valid ADR Valid Driver CPC Valid Digital Tachograph Card Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations Desirable: Dangerous goods handling experience FLT licence General IT / app-based reporting experience Working Hours Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week Occasional nights out may be required Occasional weekend work may be required What’s On Offer Temp-to-perm opportunity Long-term, stable work Full-time hours Opportunity to work within a specialist transport environment Training and development available for the right candidate Excellent benefits package available once permanent Call Driver Hire Teesside on 01642 300089 Or apply by emailing teesside@driverhire.co.uk INDTEE1
