At Speedy, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hire and Sales Coordinator based at our Haydock office.About the RoleAs a Hire and Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing inbound calls and email enquiries, taking ownership of customer requests from start to finish, and working closely with colleagues across the Speedy network to deliver an exceptional customer experience.This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you'll build lasting customer relationships, identify opportunities to support business growth, and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.What You'll NeedTo be successful in this role, you'll have:Previous experience in a customer service or sales support environmentProven experience handling inbound customer callsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and develop relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer recordsStrong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloadsA proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative and make decisionsA collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive team cultureA drive to identify opportunities and support business growthThe ability to support your business unit/team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to DeliverWhat We OfferWe provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
