What Youll Do
1. Handle incoming support calls and provide clear, confident assistance.
2. Monitor and respond to support tickets within agreed SLAs.
3. Diagnose and resolve technical issues; escalate to development when needed.
4. Log, track, and close support cases usingJira.
5. Install, configure, and customise applications for new customers.
