Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Trading Manager to be based on-site in Lampeter. In this role, you will oversee daily trading operations, ensuring that the store maximizes revenue, maintains exceptional customer service standards, and achieves key performance goals. Responsibilities include managing stock levels, analyzing sales data, leading and motivating the team, and implementing effective merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience. You will also be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
