Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our dynamic Partnership team. Based at our Nottingham office and working within a wider delivery team under the guidance of the Senior Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class customer experience and driving high levels of satisfaction across social housing refurbishment contracts.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class customer experience and drive high levels of satisfaction across social housing refurbishment contracts.
* Be proactive and engaging with stakeholders with exceptional communication and strong customer service skills.
* Demonstrate solid administrative abilities and confidence in using Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is desirable.
* Manage workloads across planned maintenance programmes with a proven track record in refurbishment activities (internal and external).
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a similar role with a track record of managing workloads in refurbishment programmes.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to work within a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong administrative capabilities; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with CRM preferred).
