Maths Teacher Job Title: Maths Teacher Location: Aylesbury Start Date: October 2025 Contract Type: Full-Time We are currently seeking a passionate and committed Maths Teacher to join a well-respected secondary school in Aylesbury from September. This long-term role involves teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging educator who can inspire students, deliver high-quality lessons, and foster a strong understanding and appreciation of Maths. About the Role The successful candidate will begin in October 2025 and will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Maths lessons to students aged 11–16, covering both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This role is initially offered until July 2026, with the potential to progress to a permanent position thereafter. The ideal candidate will: Recent experience teaching Mathematics in UK secondary schools A confident and effective classroom practitioner with a strong subject knowledge in Maths Passionate about delivering engaging and accessible lessons that support learners of all abilities Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment A collaborative team player, able to work effectively within the Maths department Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification Why Work with Supply Desk?
