Main Responsibilities
Sales Manager
Managing and motivating staff to achieve targets
Winning new business and increasing market share
Conducting valuations and securing instructions
Overseeing negotiations and agreeing sales
Setting and monitoring staff targets
Conducting regular 1-2-1s with negotiators
Holding daily and weekly team meetings
Ensuring excellent vendor care and regular client contact
Progressing sales efficiently through to exchange and completion
Identifying opportunities for canvassing, prospecting, and stock growth
Reporting figures and performance to Directors
Handling complaints professionally and effectively
Maintaining compliance with industry legislation and company procedures
