Reporting to the finance Director in this role you will need to have the following knowledge, skills and attributes: ESSENTIAL Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with practical experience Experience of performing month end management accounts and analysis to budget, forecast and prior year Good communication and influencing skills (verbal and written) Team player Pro-active & enthusiastic Used to working within tight deadlines With an eye for detail Continuously looking look for ways to change and improve processes Able to lead smaller change projects Proficient user of Microsoft Excel/Office Able to work autonomously and be self motivated DESIRABLE Experience of working in a customer-facing business.Experience of financial reporting using Oracle OBIA and/or Oracle data warehouse Experience of Hyperion Planning and HFM consolidation system Experiencedinusing Oracle Financials is essential Experience with statutory & management accounts, who is reasonably technical and able to demonstratethat to colleagues at all levels.
