Job Overview
We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a flair for design, a passion for storytelling, and hands‑on experience in creating high‑impact visual and video content. You’ll be instrumental in applying our brand across a range of media – from printed literature and social content to video and digital campaigns – while also contributing to broader strategic and campaign activity. You’ll work closely with colleagues across marketing, events and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Create high‑quality branded content including brochures, adverts, infographics, event collateral, and digital assets.
* Support rebrand activity as part of ongoing business growth and M&A activity, adapting creative assets, messaging, and visual identity across new business areas and regions.
* Utilise design principles to create and review assets.
* In collaboration with other marketing team members, bring storytelling to life through video content for internal and external use, including interviews, case studies, explainers, and campaign content, managing external suppliers.
* Support the creation of compelling content for our social media channels in line with the content calendar.
* Assist with social media planning, scheduling and performance reporting.
* Support on brand‑led campaigns and initiatives internally and externally.
* Play a key role in supporting brand protection and execution across multiple creative assets.
* Assist marketing, events and business development teams with additional tasks and projects as they arise.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience in a creative or design‑led role.
* Proven skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
* Experience developing and producing engaging, high‑quality content across multiple platforms to support brand messaging.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of design tools, trends and best practices.
* Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office packages and Microsoft Teams.
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field (preferred but not essential).
Preferred Skills
* Creative mindset with experience in graphic design and visual storytelling.
* Strong attention to detail and passion for brand.
* Understanding of social media best practices and content marketing principles.
* Experience in a fast‑paced or growth‑oriented environment.
* Team player with proactive, hands‑on approach and willingness to learn and adapt.
* Ability to engage with stakeholders and team members.
* Proactive and positive attitude to problem‑solving; ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
