About us
Windsor and Eton Brewery, or "webrew" for short, was founded in 2009 by four friends, keen to put great beer back on the map of Windsor. This small and people - led business brews quality and flavoursome beer, stocking pubs and supermarkets nationwide. Alongside their brewery, they run The Tap Room in Windsor, The George Pub Eton and Woody`s in Kingston

Key responsibilities ( the list is not exhaustive):
* Support the Management in the leadership of the team to ensure they are trained, and motivated to work to the highest standards always
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times with effective management of any problems
* Take full responsibility for set-up, effective operation, standards, and profitability of the bar when on shift
* Ensure compliance with terms of premises licence, licensing objectives, data protection, Health & Safety at Work and COSHH
* Propose ideas to the Operations Manager to grow sales, maximising all opportunities, including product quality, range and offers, appropriate events, advertising and promotions, and attractive ambience
* Work in all areas of the bar, cellar, toilets and around the outlet, to ensure that best practice is maintained by the team and necessary improvements identified
* Control costs, especially ensuring product margins and staffing standards are met whilst on shift
* Control all aspects of finance and office administration of the bar including cash handling when required
Experience and skills
* Practical bar skills, including pouring drinks and changing barrels
* Customer service skills and the ability to act on customer feedback
* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage staff
* Business and accounting acumen
* Knowledge of alcohol and service laws and the confidence to enforce them
