Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
* Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
* Practical experience with GitOps and Argo CD.
* Experience with infrastructure orchestration tools, preferably Crossplane.
* Experience implementing or maintaining policy-as-code using OPA Gatekeeper or similar tools.
* Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and platform security.
* Ability to design systems with scalability, reliability, and governance in mind.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* Fluent English (spoken and written).
Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and operate a Kubernetes platform using Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE & GKE Autopilot).
* Implement and maintain GitOps-based application deployment workflows using Argo CD.
* Develop and manage infrastructure orchestration using Crossplane.
* Define and enforce platform governance and policy controls with OPA Gatekeeper.
* Integrate policy enforcement with infrastructure provisioning and application workflows.
* Enable secure and scalable self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
* Collaborate with security, SRE, and application teams to improve platform reliability and compliance.
* Troubleshoot platform, deployment, and infrastructure issues across environments.
* Continuously improve platform standards, automation, and operational maturity.
