We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be part of an exciting, busy and lively customer service team, responsible for taking orders from our customers and providing exceptional customer service to them. We provide full training, but experience of telesales/customer service or outbound calling is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming customer inquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously via phone, email. Issue Resolution: Identify customer issues and concerns, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through appropriate solutions. Utilise available resources and tools to resolve customer complaints. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure that customers receive a smooth and seamless buying experience. Up-Selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products that will benefit the customer. Professional Communication: Exhibit a friendly, empathetic, and professional communication style. Ensure that customers feel valued and respected throughout their interactions with the company. Experience: B2B Sales would be an advantage not essential Customer Service
