Check us out — www.echozero.app The opportunity This is our first community and social hire, and it's a role with real ownership from day one. You'd be the voice of Echo Zero — building our presence on socials, and Discord, growing and nurturing a community of traders and agent creators, and creating content that makes people want to be part of what we're building. You'd work closely with our Founding Growth Manager, who owns the broader acquisition and retention strategy. Your job is to bring that strategy to life across all the channels where our audience lives — and to build a community on Discord that people genuinely want to be part of, not just a follower count. What you'll be working on Owning our social presence Managing and growing Echo Zero's accounts across X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Creating content that resonates with the crypto and trading community — agent win highlights, platform updates, market commentary, memes, and more — adapted for each platform's format and audience Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels that feels native to the space, not corporate Staying on top of trends and knowing when to jump in and when to stay quiet Scheduling and planning content with a clear calendar, while staying flexible enough to react in real time Using AI tools to monitor competitor and high-performing accounts in the crypto and trading space — analysing what content is getting engagement, why it's working, and feeding those insights into our own content strategy Building the community Managing and growing our Discord — being the face of Echo Zero in the server, responding to questions, sparking conversations, and making members feel genuinely welcomed Moderating Discord to keep the vibe positive and on-brand Building and managing AI agents to help run the Discord — automating answers to common questions, onboarding new members, and handling routine interactions so you can focus on the conversations that actually need a human touch Identifying and nurturing our most engaged members — the people who could become advocates, ambassadors, or future creators on the platform Organising community events, AMAs, and trading discussions that bring people together and keep them coming back Listening and feeding back Social listening — keeping a close eye on what the community is saying, what's getting traction, and what needs addressing Feeding community insights back to the team to help inform product decisions, content strategy, and what's resonating Reporting on community health and growth metrics weekly What we're looking for Experience managing social media and community for a startup, crypto project, or brand with an engaged online audience A genuine understanding of crypto, trading, or Web3 — you should speak the language and understand the culture Comfortable and confident across X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Discord — you understand how each platform works differently and don't just repurpose the same content everywhere Strong writing skills with personality — you can write a punchy tweet, a detailed Discord announcement, and a warm response to a frustrated user, and they all sound like the same brand An eye for what content works in this space — you know the difference between content that gets ignored and content that gets shared Organised enough to manage a content calendar, reactive enough to jump on a moment when it matters London-based, or happy to be — we'll have an office once funding lands You'll thrive here if You're genuinely plugged into crypto and trading communities, not just aware of them You enjoy building something from scratch and take pride in a community you've grown yourself You're comfortable being the voice of a brand in real time, including in fast-moving or challenging conversations You like working closely with a small team and having your work directly visible in what gets built Your a self-starter, you make your own work and don't need to be told what to do It might not be the right fit if You prefer working within an established brand with clear guardrails and large content teams Community management is something you've done on the side — this needs to be your main craft You're not actively engaged in crypto or trading spaces yourself The package Base Salary £30,000 — with room to grow as the platform does Equity A real stake via options.
