What You’ll Do
* Lead proactive customer engagement for water authority contracts.
* Build strong community relationships through site visits and clear communication.
* Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, reducing complaints.
* Collaborate with project teams to anticipate and address issues.
* Choose the best channels for updates—letters, social media, and more.
* Monitor KPIs and report progress to clients.
