About the role:
You will report into the COO, helping to manage finances and reporting for the Ctrl Alt group. As a rapidly growing start up business, we want someone who can take the lead on the company's finances and help shape the future of the business. There is scope for this role to grow into managing a team of finance professionals as the business continues to expand. This role is based out of our London office.
Responsibilities include::
* Build and maintain pricing models across our products and services.
* Work with structuring on bespoke payout products that require financial modelling.
* Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results for the executive team and the board.
* Responsible for managing and performing an audit of internal spend alongside senior management.
* Preparing materials for regulators, auditors and investors across the group.
* Expected to take a proactive approach, improving efficiency and how the group manages and deploys capital.
Skills/Qualifications will include:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant Accountancy or Financial Analytics role and an accountancy qualification.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail, while maintaining a strategic vision of cross-functional impacts.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence and drive decision making and execution.
* Willingness and ability to roll up sleeves and be a team player.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
