Regional Senior Carer
Care Concern Group - Care and Support - Thornfield Care Home
Contract: Full Time (24 to 48 hours per week)
Salary: £13.20 to £14.20 per hour (depending on experience)
Shift type: Days & Nights available
Location: Seaton (Thornfield Care Home) and Axminster (Silverleigh Care Home)
Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, compassion and adaptability across two high‑performance care homes within the Care Concern Group.
* Mentor carers and support teams to deliver outstanding, person‑centred care.
* Administer medication safely and conduct medication audits.
* Lead by example on the floor, ensuring quality care and a positive culture.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience as a Senior Carer or Team Leader in an elderly care home setting.
* Confidence supporting residents living with dementia.
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care essential.
* Experience in medication administration, audits, and leading care teams.
* A caring, reliable nature and a flexible, can‑do attitude.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car essential.
