We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our client’s friendly and supportive nursery team in Aylesbury.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Support and supervise staff within the room
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and carers
Monitor children’s development and maintain accurate records
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are always followed
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or above)
Previous experience working in an early years setting
Experience in a Room Leader or senior role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A genuine passion for working with children
