We are seeking an experienced Reward Consultant to support the design, implementation, and governance of competitive and equitable reward frameworks. The Role As a Reward Consultant, you will: Advise on reward strategy, including pay structures, incentive schemes, and benefits Lead or support job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and market analysis Provide guidance on annual reward processes (pay review, bonus, promotions) Support compliance with reward-related legislation and governance requirements Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to align reward with business objectives Produce clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership Contribute to reward projects such as harmonisation, transformation, or M&A activity About You You will bring: Proven experience in reward, compensation, or total rewards (in-house or consultancy) Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach Interested?
