About the role:
As the Head of Business Development, you will lead a sales team of Senior Business Development Managers (SBDMs) to drive growth in the corporate business sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with end users and third-party intermediaries (TPIs), ensuring robust governance over operational risk, and strategic business development activities aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
This is a leadership sales role with significant responsibility for shaping Corona’s commercial success.

Role responsibilities
1. Lead and grow the corporate business sector in line with strategic targets.
2. Partner with the Head of Sales & Marketing to build proposals and market strategies that support company growth.
3. Ensure SBDM relationships are developed, maintained, and optimised for maximum profitability.
4. Maintain a full understanding of operational risks and ensure an incident-free working environment.
5. Analyse P&L fluctuations, communicate drivers to the team, and act accordingly.
6. Support the rollout of new products and services to the customer base.
7. Ensure SBDMs manage the full process of contract
