We’re seeking a Sous Chef to collaborate closely with the Head Chef in creating seasonal menus, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a good palate, excellent communication skills, and a creative approach. You should also be a strong leader, solution-focused, with previous experience at the Sous Chef level.
Department Overview
The Catering and Events Department handles external venue hires and manages all food and drink services.
