Join Capita as a NOC Shift Lead, where you’ll manage and guide a shift team to ensure seamless network operations and incident resolution. This is a shift-based role, including night shifts, working onsite at our Belfast office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee shift performance and allocate tasks.
* Act as an escalation point for major incidents.
* Monitor network performance and ensure SLA compliance.
* Drive process improvements and team development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience leading technical service teams.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* ITIL knowledge and ability to manage escalations.
* Eligible for Security Clearance (SC minimum).
