A professional leadership body based in London seek an experienced Secretary to join them on a full time permanent basis, supporting the CEO and working closely with their legal, people and governance teams.
It's an exciting time to join this business, as you'll play a part in shaping their administrative function, bringing new ideas to the team and implementing them.
This role only requires presence in the office 1 or 2 days a week! The salary is up to 50k with a good company benefits package.
Key responsibilities include:
To provide secretarial support for the CEO, Deputy CEO, and President
* Diary and meeting coordination
* Travel booking
* Invoice and expense processing
* Drafting correspondence
* Manage schedules and prepare papers for board meetings
* Co-ordination of the production of papers, minuting and actions follow-up
* Assist the legal and governance team with administration
* To review, develop and maintain administrative and information procedures such as travel booking, meeting booking, office supplies, subscriptions, document storage and other functions
* Undertake and coordinate projects
* Co-ordinate HR processes, under the guidance of the People function, providing information as necessary, including recruitment, training and appraisal
Essential skills
* Experience of minuting long meetings
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Ideally experience supporting at C-suite or Board level for a charity, professional body or similar
