Store Manager
* Fully immerse yourself in Pandora’s brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
* Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
* Drive sales by building genuine connections with fans and exceeding individual and store sales goals.
* Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
* Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to empower the team to hit KPI goals.
* Foster accountability for individual and store performance.
* Recruit, retain, and develop high‑performing teams; support succession planning and internal mobility.
* Collaborate with Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources to resolve performance issues and policy violations.
* Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development.
* All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to charm and capture audiences at all levels.
* Results‑oriented leader with sharp business acumen and analytical thinking.
* Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams (including succession planning).
* Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
* At least 18 years of age, with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
* Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
