Must Haves
Previous experience of making outbound calls Confidence in cold and warm calling potential clients Ability to prioritise workload based on sales pipeline and strategic goals Resilience and professionalism in handling objections
Nice to Haves
Experience in financial services or contact centre environment Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Calling warm and cold leads to qualify opportunities and refer them to the broking team Communicating effectively and handling objections Maintaining and updating the sales pipeline, organising leads by renewal date Working with sales and business development teams to align priorities and goals Providing excellent service to internal stakeholders and potential customers Our mission of Making Recruitment Personal also means making recruitment fair.
