Base pay range
* Job Title: Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant or Architect at Design‑Led Practice
* Location: South West London
* Rate: £25‑£30 per hour (Contract)
Join a dynamic RIBA Chartered studio that champions design excellence and commercial deliverability. This is an opportunity to work on large‑scale residential and mixed‑use projects, including Build‑to‑Rent and masterplanning schemes, alongside a team with experience from world‑renowned practices.
Responsibilities
* Support or lead design stages from concept through to technical delivery
* Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for residential and mixed‑use projects
* Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure design integrity on site
* Contribute to feasibility studies and planning submissions
* Maintain high standards of design detailing and project coordination
Skills & Experience
* Part II qualified or ARB registered Architect
* Strong proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience in residential or mixed‑use projects, ideally large‑scale
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
