Our client is looking for somebody who would like to kick start their career within property and client liaison and have the opportunity of building a long-lasting role within the heart of Lincoln.

* Be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries
* Assist in chasing rent arrears
* Book and confirm appointments
* Process council tax exemptions
* Make sure tenants are happy with their properties
Skills & Experience
* Strong telephone manner
* Confident face to face communication
* Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
* Strong IT and computer skills
* Team player and confident self-starter
* Strong desire to build a long-term career within property
