Fabric Engineer – London & Enfield Facilities Management Monday - Friday £38,000 + 25 days holiday + BH + Travel card We are looking for a skilled and reliable Fabric Engineer to join a leading facilities and property maintenance provider supporting a prestigious retail and commercial portfolio across London. This is a mobile role combining a static site presence at a major shopping centre in Enfield two days per week, alongside foot-mobile maintenance coverage across Central London (Zones 1 & 2). The Role You will be responsible for delivering high-quality general building fabric maintenance across a range of commercial properties, ensuring sites remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
