AfterSales Administrator with Diesel /Automotive Engine Parts Knowledge\n\nThis is a full time Hybrid working role. Ideally being 2 days office based and three days home based.\n\nMonday - Friday ( no eves or weekend) \n1 year Fixed term contract looking to be made into a Permanent opportunity. \nSalary will be up to £35,000\n\nWe are looking for a unique individual who has ideally worked with Diesel Engines or come from the Automotive Service industry or may have previously worked as a Technical Parts advisor or a Mechanical Technician.\n\nUsing your Technical knowledge of Engines the role involves responding to Customer calls, emails and web chat enquires and troubleshoot and problem solve using your technical and logical mind.\n\nAlong with your Engine knowledge you will have strong technical acumen in service diagnostics and electronic troubleshooting ability.\n\nAlong with good Computer literacy skills |(MS office) and you will be an confident communicator with both written and Verbal.\n\nYou will be : \nDealing with a large number of Email Technical enquires, ascertaining the correct Fault through Investigation\nTroubleshooting \nDealing with telephone Parts Enquiries \nUsing Manuals and company documentation to assist with correct Diagnostics \nEscalate any issues that cannot be resolved\n\nThis role is initially starting as a 1 Year fixed Term contract however the company have indicated it is very likely to be made into a permanent role.\n\nTravail Employment Group Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
