Role Overview
They are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Sprayer to join their in-house finishing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying a wide range of spray finishes to bespoke joinery and furniture, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets both client expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities

Mix and apply a variety of finishes including lacquers, paints, stains, and oils.

Ensure high standards of finish quality, colour matching, and consistency across all items.

Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and finish specifications.
*
Maintain clean and organised spray booth and equipment.
*
Inspect finished products for defects and perform touch-ups or rework as necessary.
*
Follow health and safety procedures, particularly relating to ventilation and handling of materials.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional furniture or joinery spraying role.
*
Strong knowledge of timber finishes, materials, and spraying techniques.
*
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
*
Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.
*
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
