Job Description
* Manage the own-label business within ASDA, Aldi, and Lidl
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key stakeholders
* Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and other decision-makers
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance
* Stay informed about market trends and competitors within the FMCG industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful Grocery National Account Manager should have:
* Proven experience in managing grocery retail accounts at a national level. Experience with ASDA, Aldi, or Lidl preferred
* A strong background in the FMCG sector with experience of own-label products
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Strong analytical abilities to assess sales data and market trends
* A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets
* Able to be in London 3 days a week
