Performance Analyst Apprentice
Location: Milton Keynes – office based
Contract: Full time, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 18‑month fixed term contract
Salary
* 16‑17 years: £7.71 per hour
* Over 18 years: £10.71 per hour
* Over 21 years: £12.21 per hour
* Annual salary up to £27,077.51
About The Role
During your apprenticeship within the Milton Keynes branch, you will be part of the Asset, Commercial & Governance Team. Your focus will be on data analysis and insight, supporting the production of Key Performance Indicators and client presentation packs. Through a range of tasks you will gain new skills and knowledge that contribute to the successful achievement of the apprenticeship programme. You will learn about commercial management, compliance, asset management and data analysis and evaluation, and be involved in liaising and communicating with stakeholders, clients and contractors, compiling reports, answering queries, complaints and compliments via email or phone, and undertaking administrative tasks such as typing up notes and attending meetings.

Role Criteria
* GCSE Grade 4 or above in both Maths and English
* Organised, reliable and adaptable
* A strong work ethic

* Capacity to absorb new information quickly and accurately
* Self‑motivated, self‑disciplined and enthusiastic
* Attention to detail
