Overview
Prospero Teaching is currently working with a vibrant primary school in Yardley, Birmingham, to recruit an experienced Year 5 Class Teacher. This is a full-time, temporary position starting mid-March 2025 and running until the end of the academic year in July 2025.

* Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Mon-Fri (term time only)
REQUIREMENTS
* QTS and extensive experience teaching at Key Stage 2, specifically in Year 5.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and manage a classroom effectively.
* Strong communication skills, with a focus on working collaboratively with staff and engaging with parents.
* Ability to tailor teaching to meet the needs of all students.
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST
* Hold Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years
