As Sales Director, you will be responsible for: Key attributes required: Ability To ensure the development and management of the external sales organisation in accordance with operational as well as strategic goals. To launch new product ranges into the marketplace through communications and assistance with marketing projects Work alongside Business Directors to maximise opportunities in other company areas outside of the UK Main duties • Forms part of the management team for the UK Division • Sales and development of existing and new markets in accordance with established sales targets and marketing plans • Production of market analyses, sales forecasts, establishment of market plan and sales budget • Initiate, prioritise and drive development projects • In accordance with the role description Manager • Other work duties Experience within the FMCG industry (Packaging industry ideal not a requirement) Self-motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running. Ability to work independently and use own initiative to create new opportunities. Proven ability to develop good working relationships at all levels. A confident and highly motivated self-starter Strong honest work ethic with the drive to thrive in a demanding sales environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
